Vida married Christopher Temby Moody in Balaklava, South Australia on 3 April 1924.^[2] The following 'Approaching Marriages' notice was published in the South Australian newspaper, The Advertiser, on 29 March 1924:^[3]

BANYER—MOODY.—The marriage of Vida B., youngest daughter of Mr. and the late Mrs. B. R. Banyer, to Christopher T., second son of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Moody, of Mallala, will be celebrated at Christ Church, Balaklava, on April 3rd, at 9.30 a.m. Relatives and friends invited to ceremony. No reception.

Vida died in Balaklava, South Australia on 20 January 1958 at the age of 62 years.^[4]
