Willoughby Allerton was a Virginia colonist.

Westmoreland County Justice of the Peace: Willoughby Allerton[1] was an attorney who frequenty appears in the records of the Westmoreland County Court. On February 23, 1703, Willoughby Allerton, Gent., was first sworn in as a Justice of the Peace, Westmoreland County, Virginia. [2] He served in that position for many years thereafter.

Willoughby Allerton served as Burgess from Westmoreland County in 1710, 1713, 1714 in the Virginia House of Burgesses.[3]

Last Will and Testament and Probate: On February 26, 1723, Hannah Allerton and George Tuberville presented the Last Will and Testament of Willoughby Allerton to the Westmoreland County Court, Virginia. The Court ordered that proof of the Will would be required by motion with notice to Isaac Allerton the heir apparent of the decedent.[4] On March 25, 1724, Daniel Tebbs and Charles Brown, witnesses to the Will, were sworn and the Will proved.[5] On the same day, George Tuberville was appointed as the Guardian of minor Isaac Allerton. [6]
