I want to follow this tag essentially because almost all of my family that I know of, essentially were Southern pioneers. I have family that came to Plymouth in search of religious freedom and some of their descendants ended up in Georgia. I have many ancestors that fought in the Revolutionary War who were rewarded with land grants, and worked their way down through the eastern states to ultimately settle in VA, NC, SC, GA, and AL.
