Isaac was born around 1773 and left Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, in 1788 aboard a British Man Of War and sailed to Gaspe, Quebec. Isaac migrated South to New Brunswick (Canada) and was married in 1813 to Easter Baker in Hopewell Place, NB. In 1814, Isaac petitioned for land in Dorchester, NB.
