Links need fixing

Ann (Telby) Ingalls has sources but they are set is such a way that they aren't clickable so the only way to read what is in the source note is to go to the edit page. I just use the <ref></ref> sources and they work all the time, but I don't have the time to learn how to use these inline citations, and this is evidence they don't always work.

I just posted a link to her on facebook because someone was asking who the wife of Edmund Ingalls was then the discussion went to Tripp and there is information about that on this profile but no way for someone not logged in the see the detail in the source citations.

The problem was that <references/> had gotten lost from the page. This is the code that generates footnotes. I restored it.
