Have Elizabeth Margaret Smith posted in wrong family

Question

Sorry, cannot recall how to remove this woman from this list.  She is shown as Elizaeth Margaret Smith-77098 and married a Catto and is actually this man's granddaughter.

Lauraine, I'm not sure who you want her as the daughter of, so can't help do it.  But to edit a parent for Elizabeth, click on the 'edit' tab on her profile, which will then allow you to click on the 'edit' tab for either or both of her parents.

If you are trying to disconnect Elizabeth [77098] from Thomas [Smith-76885], click her "Edit" tab and look for "Edit Family" on the right side of the page. Under Thomas, you should see a link that says "edit father." Click that link and look near the top middle for a link that says "remove" (or just scroll down to the bottom of the page, since that is where the remove link takes you). Click on the green box that says "REMOVE THOMAS AS FATHER OF ELIZABETH SMITH" and you should be all set!

If any other connections are incorrect, disconnect them before you connect Elizabeth to her correct father.

Also, have a notepad handy to keep track of your changes or of any profile IDs that you will need when connecting to the correct profiles!

Thank you so much.  Think I have it correct now but it gets very confusing with al the Elizabeths and two Thomas's in this family.  If I have this incorrect please advise.

Elizabeth Ann Wishart-610 is the mother of Elizabeth Margeret  Smith-77078

Father is Thomas Smith aka Tammie Smith-77011

Am going nutty with this file.
