Anyone having trouble with film order at family search?

Family Search has a lot of interesting material for my research, but this year was a very long and slow. Still have orders which are 210 days open and films that are "on transit" for at least 3 months. At first I was informed that by the end of this year all films would be online/digital, then people at the family history center told me that they had 'employee shortage' on their distribution center, but so long? Will it continue like this? Anyone knows if there is a way to push them or where to do some pressure? After all, they are charging for the rentals.

Some time ago, I was in a phone chat and my issue was resolved promptly.

I left them a message already, but no answer, but that I should wait 180 days from film delivery, which I understand is long gone.

I will try again mentioning the films that are so long "in transit".

Thanks!
Hi Frank!

Someone wrote me and I gave more information on the films I rented and they changed the status of my orders. Hopefully something happens now.

Thank you for your help!
