Did something good just happen regarding FamilySearch film availability?

FamilySearch has been very restrictive about allowing viewing from home any film where they believe their license doesn't explicitly allow it.  This is frustrating when there are multiple image collections on a single microfilm (which is especially common with older films with sometimes a dozen or more).  If there is a license restriction on even a single collection on that film, they restrict viewing of the entire film.

Today, I was randomly browsing a film and suddenly got a pop-up that the image was restricted to a FamilySearch Center.  I could view some images on the film and not others.  Looking at the thumbnail view revealed something interesting:

This correlates to items 3 and 5 on this film (DGS 7579007).  Looking at the FS Images catalog reveals something similar:

Items 3 and 5 are missing.

I haven't been able to find other examples of this yet.  It could be an anomaly, but I hope this means that FS has solved or is solving this problem.
