Go to Richard's page which you created. Click on where it says "father?" It should bring up an option to either create a new profile or connect an existing one. You choose "connect an existing profile". It will bring up a blank and you fill in Joel's WikiTree ID which is Alexander-9635. Then continue from there as directed - there's not much more than that.

I added his wife and other children but I don't have a source to add his father you say is Alexander-9635.
Edit and add father then choose "Connect an existing profile as his father" and add Alexander-9635
Hit enter then:
Enter source proof in the box and hit enter.
