McEncroe, John (1794'961868)
The above site has information on Archdeacon John McEnroe.
Seeing he is at that site, I believe he would be a notable.
I could not find him on WikiTree and have no idea on how to do a Noteable profile.
I usually do things for myeslf but this time if anyone has more expertise for advice (or adding him).

He is on the site, which is a Dictionary of National Biography, qualifying him as a notable. This is an excellent page which tells you how to create a profile for a notable:
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Requirements_of_Working_with_Individuals_who_are_Notable
.
For information about his family I would suggest doing what you do for other profiles. Hope this helps!

Creating a profile for a Notable is exactly the same as creating a profile for anybody else. It has the addition of a {{Notables Sticker}} directly under the ==Biography== header.

In addition to what Ros has said, because this person would fall under Australian Notables, the appropriate sticker (placed per Ros's statement) would be {{Notables Sticker|Australia, Notables in Religion}}
