The US Presidents Project is looking for members to help with the management of the profiles of US Presidents, Vice Presidents, their families and ancestors.

We have a number of lineages that need YOUR help. Just answer this question and let us know which President's family you would like to be responsible for maintaining.

Robin, right now life Is rather unpredictable so I'm not sure how much time I can dedicate and I'm new to Wikitree. However,  I would be honored to maintatin President Harding and his family's profile(s). (Comment Edited If "Rookie" on my profile doesn't tell you everything  Just been so busy trying to give care to 91 yo Alzheimer's parent & keep my sanity. Not enough hours in the day.)

My closest connections are to James Madison, Lyndon Johnson, Abraham Lincoln, Bill Clinton and Harry Truman. I live somewhat near Kansas City, so Truman's family might be the best fit, but I am willing to help wherever help is needed.

I'd like to help with this project.  I'm relatively new to WikiTree, and could only provide one week a month to dedicated help.  According to the one tree, 33 of the Presidents are cousins, the other 12 related through marriage.  With the surname Grant, I am 17 generations from US Grant.  Living in Cincinnati, this could be an option.  I'm actually closer gen-wise to Hayes, Fillmore & Adams (2nd) - 15 gen. & Adams (6th), Garfield - 16 gen.  My location might work with Taft - 20 gen.  The topic of Presidents has been a hobby of mine for over 60 years.  I'm open to suggestions.

When I was a kid, I had to choose a president to present a report on. I was told that Millard Filmore was our "least remembered president" so I chose him. I've had a particular interest in him ever since. WikiTree now tells me he is my closest presidential connection!

I'd be happy to help maintain his profile if he is not already claimed.
