Isabella (Hutchinson) Whitfield was born in Boldron, Yorkshire, England.

Isabella Hutchinson was born in 1837 ^[1] in Boldron, Yorkshire, England, the daughter of William Hutchinson and Mary Wilkinson.

She was baptised on 15 Nov 1838 at Romaldkirk, Yorkshire. ^[2]

In 1841 Isabella was living in Dacre Street, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire.^[3]

In 1851, Isabella lived with her parents and three brothers in Garbutt St Middlesbrough. She was a scholar. Her father was an agricultural labourer. ^[4]

She married John Whitfield, an engine driver. Their marriage was registered in 1858 in Stockton.^[5]

In 1861, Isabella was living with her husband and 2 children in Main Street, East Thickley, Durham. Her husband was a railway engine stoker. ^[6]

In 1871 Isabella was living with her husband and 5 children in Hunter Street, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire. ^[7]

She died on 26 Aug 1872. Her death was registered in Stockton.^[8]
