Maria Louisa Brown, born 16 Apr 1837 at Preston, Connecticut, was the fifth child of Louisa Tyler (Ames) Brown (1808-1870) and Asher Palmer Brown (1803-1875) [1].
She married 12 Nov 1862 at Jewett City, Connecticut, John Sands Grant (1827-1900), with one child proceeding from this union:
Maria Louisa (Brown) Grant died 6 Jun 1915 at Hanover, Connecticut. Her grave is in New Hanover Cemetery, Hanover, New London County, Connecticut, USA [2].
