Uploaded Gedcom shows no records but uploading to a Viewer shows 1527 records. What have I done wrong please?

I have a similar issue: I created a GEDCOM by exporting data from Legacy Family Tree 9.0, then uploaded it. The GEDCOMPARE report says "0 bytes uploaded.".  I can open the file in notepad, and verify that it does have data.

I suspect that I didn't pick the right format/content options when doing the export, but I can't find any instructions or hints how to create an acceptable file for uploading.

I'll send my file too, if that's OK.
