accidently uploaded wrong gedcom?

I deleted the two people born just before 1500 but uploaded the GEDCOM file I'd saved from Ancestry.com before the deletion. I tried to upload the corrected GEDCOM but the wrong one was already being processed. What do I do now?

Wait until it finishes. Upload the correct one. You can't delete people. Do you mean you deleted the gedcom file?
