WikiTree Sourcer created a FamilySearch citation which generated a DB_ERROR_897

This FamilySearch record provides source #3 in my profile of Agustis Henry Adam (1866-1952). The indispensable WikiTree Sourcer (love it!) consistently creates this source citation from it:

* "Michigan Marriages, 1868-1925", citing Marriage, Flint, Genesee, Michigan, , Citing Secretary of State, Department of Vital Records, Lansing; FHL microfilm 4207808, {{FamilySearch Record|NQ7B-5MY}} (accessed 7 August 2022) {{FamilySearch Image|S3HY-DZHS-F2F}} Image number 361.

Unhappily, this citation generates a DB_ERROR_897:

invalid format: ^[A-Z\d]{4}-[A-Z\d]{4}(-[A-Z\d]{1,4}(-[A-Z\d]{1})?)?$: Numbered parameter: 1 (record)
{{FamilySearch Image|S3H-DZHS-F2F}}

Either the error checking or the WikiTree Sourcer seems to need fixing. I suspect it's the latter because clicking on the image link in the citation results in an error from FamilySearch.

Your help is appreciated!

Odd. I just generated the following citation from that page:

* '''Marriage''': "Michigan Marriages, 1868-1925"<br/>citing Marriage, Flint, Genesee, Michigan, , Citing Secretary of State, Department of Vital Records, Lansing; FHL microfilm 4207808.<br/>{{FamilySearch Record|NQ7B-5MY}} (accessed 7 August 2022)<br/>{{FamilySearch Image|S3HY-DZHS-F2F}} Image number 361<br/>Dora Beach (25y) marriage to Agustus H. Adams on 2 Jun 1889 in Flint, Genesee, Michigan.

It has the correct link which is https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-DZHS-F2F

S3H-DZHS-F2F (familysearch.org) is the broken link that appears on the linked profile.

That source was added on 6 July 2022, so what problem it had appears to have been fixed.

Edit: I've fixed the error now.

Thank you for investigating and reporting back, Aaron, and for making the fix to the profile: much appreciated!

As Aaron pointed out in the comment above the problem was that the FamilySearch Image template had S3H-DZHS-F2F rather than the correct S3HY-DZHS-F2F (note the missing Y as the 4th character).

The cryptic error message: "invalid format: ^[A-Z\d]{4}-[A-Z\d]{4}(-[A-Z\d]{1,4}(-[A-Z\d]{1})?)?$" means (to a Javascript programmer) that the parameter to the template must consist of four alphanumeric character prior to the "-". In this case there were only 3.

It is not clear how that invalid parameter ended up there. Clearly one character is missing. So either Sourcer created it incorrectly or the character was accidentally deleted by the user. Since Sourcer appears to generate it correctly now I suspect the latter.

Thanks for your response, Rob. I'm pretty sure I didn't randomly delete one character out of WikiTree Sourcer's nicely formatted citation (I assume that by "the user" you meant me); and I was able to replicate the error several times, including just before I made this G2G post. However, as you say, Sourcer seems to be formatting it correctly now (I just confirmed that); so I guess it's just one of those mysteries ...
That is strange that it was happening for you several times. Nothing has changed in my code that generates the citation since June. So it suggests something was happening in the process of saving the citation to the clipboard and pasting it into the profile. I can't think of anything of the top of my head that would explain it unless you are pasting into some other program and then copy/pasting from there to the profile. If it happens again I'm curious if you see the error in the Edit Citation box.
