Jan 2024 - Back working after an illness: Had lots of family history from my mothers side passed down and after retiring started my WikiTree profile. The members of WikiTree have been awesome with their willingness to help beginners, I cling to my novice status so too much will not be expected of me - meaning old with few data base coding skills. Have enjoyed finding cousins and seeing first hand how WikiTree has grown. The software continues to improve and communications with the community easy and efficient with many helpful folks ready to help.

Biography
Retired aviation mechanic / supervisor / inspector / Fleet Program Manager. Married 58 years to the same wonderful woman. Raised three very bright and productive children, all military veterans and good citizens. As a family we loved to travel and explore odd out of the way places. Normal in our family based on where we have been and what we saw when we got there might be odd to some folks. We enjoyed exploring roads less traveled: many dirt roads or forest roads lead to some kind of adventure or learning experience. We are now enjoying our retired life and giving our four wheel drive Dodge truck a well deserved break. We both now enjoy our indoor hobbies. WikiTree research and data entry makes my days fly by. Oh my!
