William was born in 1827, and died in 1909[1][2]

On the 10th ult., at St. James’s Church, Port Hill, by the Rev. W.H. Cooper, Mr. William H. Williams, of New Bideford, to Hannah Penrose, second daughter of Mr. George Ellis, shipbuilder of the same place. [3]

There were 8 children for Anna or Hannah Penrose and William Henry Williams in the PEI Baptismal Index: Mary Jane (9 July 1851); Eleanor Agnes (10 July 1853); Hannah Josepha (2 October 1856 - some family trees say she was Sophia Josepha, but her nickname was Sephy, not Sophie); Robert Henry (19 June 1861); William Albert (19 July 1865); Sarah Jane (11 April 1868); James Walter (16 July 1870); and John Edward Ball (3 Feb 1874).[4]. When a place of birth was given, it was Lot 12 or Bideford.

Williams-29396 and Williams-9930 appear to represent the same person because: Both married Hannah or Anna Penrose Ellis on Prince Edward Island, died on same date on Prince Edward Island
