Amariah was born in 1729 to Experience and William Williams.[1] Captain Amariah Williams, commanded the Company of Minute Men from Mansfield, Conn, at the Lexington Alarm, and thence through Bunker Hill and the Revolution.[2][3]
His BROTHER, Captain Phinehas Williams (MEMORIAL #40724284) of Mansfield, Conn., and Woodstock, Vermont (1734-1820); Captain of Woodstock Company, 1776 and through the Revolution.[4]
