Frederick Whittom Williams was born about 1889[1]-1892[2] in Connecticut[1][2][3][4]. He was the child[1][2][3][4] of Kendrick Williams and Bessie Whittom, and the grandchild of Civil War veteran Isaac Williams of the famous 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry.

Education

In 1900, he is attending school, probably in or near New Haven, Connecticut.[1]
