Mary Elizabeth "Bessie" Whittom was born in March about 1859[1]-1868[2] in New York[3][2][4]. Her parents were also born in New York.[3][2][4] She was the wife[3][2][4] of Kendrick B. Williams, and the daughter-in-law of Civil War veteran Isaac Williams of the famous 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry.
She passed away in 1920 and is buried at Grove Street Cemetery in New Haven, Connecticut.[1]
Her husband, son Frederick, and father-in-law are also buried at Grove Street Cemetery.
