Eleazer Williams was born 30 Jul 1791. Eleazer is the third listed child of Eleazer Williams and Mary Billings of Stonington, Connecticut.
He married 30 Nov 1815 Nancy Stanton Avery of Groton. They had 4 children:
- Eleazer Williams, b. 7 Dec 1816; married 10 Dec 1849 Eliza Ann Bradley
- Youngs Williams (4 Oct 1819 - 23 Jul 1820)
- Ann Elizabeth Williams, b. 17 Dec 1827; married 8 Dec 1847 Dr. Francis M. Manning
- Mary Abby Williams, b. 24 Jun 1829; married 20 Nov 1850 Abel N. Simmons
