Biography
Luke was born in 1722. He is the son of John Williams and Jane Harris.
His wife is believed to have been born Lucy Butler and married about 1743 at North Farnham Parish. She is not named in his last will and therefore believed to have died before him.

Luke's last will was written 19 Feb 1786 and proven 3 Apr 1786 in Richmond Co., Virginia.
