Ellen (Waller) Boult was born in Ireland.
Ellen Knollys "Nellie" Waller was born on 28 April 1881 in Springfort, Nenagh, county Tipperary[1]. She was the daughter of Robert Jocelyn Waller and his second wife Amy Margaret Saunders. Notice of her birth was printed on page 1 of the Dublin Daily Express dated 30 April 1881:

- April 28, at Springfort, Nenagh, the wife of Dr. Robert J. Waller, of a daughter.[2]
In the 1901 Ireland Census, Ellen N Waller (aged 19) was recorded living with her father Robert Waller (62, a Maltster and JP), her mother Amy M Waller (45) and her half-sister Eliza G Waller (28) at Nenagh North, Nenagh East Urban, Tipperary. Also in the household were two servants[3].
She married Volkert de Villeneuve Boult on 12 June 1907 in St. Mary's Church, Nenagh, county Tipperary[4]. Notice of their marriage was printed on page 6 of the Eastern Daily Press dated 19 June 1907:

- BOULT-WALLER.- June 12, at St. Mary's Church, Nenagh, by the Rev. Alexander Thomas (Rector) assisted by the Rev. J. Yates (curate), Volkert de Villeneuve, third son of Robert Boult, of Halvergate House. North Walsham, to Ellen Knollys (Nellie), youngest daughter of Robert Jocelyn Walle,. of Summerville, Nenagh, County Tipperary. [5]
They had two children during their marriage.
In the 1901 Ireland Census, Ellen Knollys Boult (aged 29) was recorded living with her husband Volkert de Villeneuve Boult (32) and their son Edward De Villannie Boult (3) at house 6 in Nenagh North (Pt. of) (Nenagh East Urban, Tipperary). Also in the household were two servants[6].
She and her husband were later divorced.
In the 1939 England and Wales Register, Ellen K Boult (b. 28 Apr 1881 and Divorced) was recorded at The Garden Cottage, Old Springs, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Staffordshire, England.
Occupation: Unpaid Domestic Duties
Ellen Knollys "Nellie" Boult passed away in June 1971 in Chatham, Kent, at the age of 90[7].
