Probate Agreement in husband's Estate- Be it remembered that an agreement has been made and congluted [sic. – concluded] the [blank] day of [blank] in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty two. Between Susanna Puderbaugh widdo of Jacob Puder- baugh late of Dark County deceased, and John Puderbaugh and Abraham Puderbaugh and Jacob Puderbaugh and George Puderbaugh and David Puderbaugh and Jonothan Hoover and Elizabeth his wife and Moses Hoover and Catherine his wife and John Kuncle and Susanna his wife and Michael Kuncle and Mary his wife all heirs of the estate of the said deceised; do agree that the said widow our mother Shall have the one third of all the personal estate of the said deceised, and the other personel [sic.] estate shall be equily devided among the nine above described heirs. And we do also agree that the above described David Puderbaugh shall have all the Bonds, Notes, duebills, Book accounts and all other instruments of writing whatsoever the may be for the use of selling said estate, receive and recover all the money which is or may become due to the saide estate and all other debts which may be owing to the said estate, and he the above described David Puderbaugh shall have the power to pay all just and lawful depts. which may be charged against the said estate and he shall also after paying all the just debts pay over to the said widow and to the said nine hairs [sic.] or to their lawful attorneys their respective shairs of the said estate and he he shall keep a true account of all the setting and produce the said accounts to the said hairs at the Reciving of the last money. Signed by all the parties 13 May 1823.
