Biography
Cecil B. Townsend, MD. (31 Aug 1878-18 Feb 1924)[1]
The 1881 Canadian census lists Cecil B as a 2 yr old, Nova Scotia born, of English origin, Church of England adherent, living in Mill Village (Parrsboro) NS.[2]
The 1891 Cdn census lists him as a 12 yr old, NS born, Church of England adherent, living in Parrsboro NS.[3]
The 1901 Cdn census lists him as a 22 yr old, single, NS born, English-Cdn, Church of England adherent, physician living in Parrsborough NS.[4]
He was married in Aug 1904 to Mary McLeod.
Cecil was a Medical Doctor, and practiced for a time in England.
He moved back to Canada before 1924 and died in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.[5]
