Elisabeth (Simon) Leleux is a descendant of an Acadian

Elisabeth Simon was born in 1921 in Lyons Point, Louisiana, United States, one of six beautiful daughters (and two handsome sons) of Pierre Luma Simon and Marie Edoris (Trahan) Simon.^[1]

She married Vernis Joseph Leleux c.1941.

She was a housewife in Crowley, Louisiana when she traveled to Brazil in 1958.^[3]

She died in Bonita Shores, Florida in 2011;^[1] her ashes were scattered over the Simon farm in Lyons Point, Louisiana.^[4]
