Stephanie Eliza Ritter was born on May 12, 1889, in Hazlehurst, Jeff Davis, Georgia, United States. Her parents were Lewis Ritter (1861–1910) and Eliza Hand (1861–1921). [1]
Stephanie (22) married Winfield Barker (53) (born on September 17, 1858, in Robeson, North Carolina, United States; son of John Winfield Barker and Frances Ann (Pittman) Howell) on September 24, 1911, in Appling, Georgia, United States. [2] [3] [4] [5]
After Winfield's death she married Joseph E Brown (1882–1964) on 27 October 1942. [6]
Stephanie died on May 17, 1964, in Ware, Georgia, aged 75. [7] She was buried in Rehobeth Cemetery, Pierce County, Georgia. [8]
