Nicolo' Riina is born around 1799[1] in Corleone, the son of Salvatore Riina and Maria Liggio.[2]
Nicolo' marries Maria Palumbo[3] on 26 April 1824. His parents are both still living.[2]
Maria and Nicolo' have at least eight children: Maria (c. 1825), Giovanni (c. 1827), Salvatore (1831), Leoluca (c. 1834), Vincenza (1834), Giuseppe (1837), Caterina (1839), and Lucia (c. 1851).
In 1834, Nicolo', age 35 (b. 1799), Maria, 25 (b. 1809), and their children Maria, 9 (b. 1825), Giovanni, 7 (b. 1827), Salvatore, 3 (b. 1831), and Vincenza, 1 (b. 1833), live near the strada di Mannina.[1]
Giovanni marries Biagia Ligotino on 14 September 1856. His parents are both living at this time.
Giuseppe marries Biagia Orlando on 21 September 1862.[4]
