Docket reads W.M.Allen vs. Thomas Redman & others: Defendants pleads 1st that there were sufficient personal affects to pay all Estates debts the defendants pleads further that the Executor has wast4ed the personal Estate of the Testator. They plead the Statute of Limitations for the protection of dead mens estates, they plead that all the real estate of the Testator has been fairly and bonafide sold 2 years after the death of the Testator with bon.

This suit was regularly continued without alteration until Fall term 1849. Hon. D.R. A jury was sworn in and empaneled to try the merits of the case.

The said suit was continued until Spring Term 1850. Hon. John M Dick was judge when following additional pleas were entered "The life Estate of 2/3's of the *ary Interest was sold by the sheriff on Executions at the instances of condition against the devisees for the debts of the devisees and 1/3 of the re*ary Interest was sold by Devisee and plaintiff devisees as to the last plea .
