Biography

Apollonia Palumbo, daughter of the late Epifanio Palumbo and the living Caterina Marino, marries Leoluca Giandalone, son of the late Maestro Pietro Giandalone and the living Rosalia Sparacio, on 28 April 1844.[1]

Apollonia and Leoluca have at least four children: Rosalia (c. 1845), Pietro (c. 1847), Giuseppe (1859), and Caterina (c. 1861)

Rosalia is named after her paternal grandmother.

Pietro is named after his paternal grandfather. Giuseppe is born 16 January 1859.

Caterina is named after her maternal grandmother. I estimate she is born around 1861, twenty years before she marries.

Rosalia marries Michaelangelo Grizzaffi, on 13 April 1863.[2]

Pietro marries Biagia Labruzzo on 21 February 1876.[3]

Caterina marries Vincenzo Listi on 13 February 1881 in Corleone.[4]

Giuseppe marries his first cousin, once removed, Biagia Mondello, around 1891.
