In the name of God, I Barnabas Page do make and publish this as my last will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may be possessed of or may come into the hands of my executor.
Secondly, I wish to bequeath to my wife, Mary Page, all my home tracts and parcels of land in two tracts of another fifty acre tract lying between me and F.W. Taylor, beginning at a sugar tree (description given for two, one hundred fifty acre tracts of land) during her natural life time or widowhood...and at her death it is to belong to Seburn Page.
I wish to bequeath to my daughters Mahaly and Martha and Laurany and Mary a certain tract of land lying or adjoining a tract of land belonging to E. W. Taylor lying on the other side of the ridge from my house. Also I wish to be sold a parcel of land of about ten or fifteen acres lying above Daniel Hall's where he now lives.
I bequeath unto Mary Page, her lifetime, my two slaves, Tennessee and Nelson, and all other property until her widowhood or death, I want all the property to be sold and equally divided between my four daughters. I will unto James Page two hundred acres of land more or less where he now lives. Also I will unto Andy Page two hundred and twenty acres, more or less, where he now lives. I also will unto Hugh Page one hundred and thirty acres lying where Andy Allen now lives and at my death I wish to have appointed Guardian for the benefit of my wife Mary Page.
