On 7 Nov 1837, in St-Pascal de Kamouraska, Jean Baptiste Morin adult widower of Scholastique Souci married Marie Constance Bérubée adult daughter of Jean Bérubée and the late Marie Anne Leclerc. Witnesses included the bride's father. [3]
On 10 Sep 1861, in St-Alexandre de Kamouraska, Jean Baptiste Morin adult widower of Constance Bérubé married Marcelline Nadeau adult daughter of the late Gabriel Nadeau and Marguerite Bouché (also deceased but this is omitted in the record). [4]
Jean Baptiste Morin, 74 year old husband of Marcelline Nadeau, was buried 9 Apr 1869 in St-Alexandre de Kamouraska cemetery. He had died 2 days prior, this has been transcribed elsewhere as 12 days (douze rather than deux) but in my opinion the last letter is an "x". [5]
