Biography

Nell May Morgan was born on April 18, 1889 in Kentucky, United States, daughter of John James Morgan (~1849–1923) and Virginia Ann Oliver (1861–1909).

Nellie (16) married William Vernon Taylor (22) (born on February 19, 1884 in Tennessee, United States; son of Jefferson E. Taylor and Minerva Rebecca (Webb) Taylor) on April 17, 1906 in Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky. On March 2, 1958, Nell & William will celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Prior to William's death on April 21, 1963, they had been married 79 years. They had 7 children, only 4 made it to adulthood.
