Fay was born in 1896 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, son of Fay C. Morgan and Rose (--?--).
On 6 June 1900, Fay lived with his parents and siblings Ester and Guy at 409 N. Cooper Avenue in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado. His father worked as a latherer.[1]
On 26 April 1910, Fay lived with his parents and siblings Esther A. and Guy K. at 2958 Hooker Street in Denver, Denver County, Colorado.[2]
Florence was married circa 1915 to Fay F. Morgan
On 5 June 1917, Fay Frederick Morgan registered for the draft while living in San Francisco, California. He reported that he was working as a lather for Wm. F. Cody. He had a wife and two children. He was medium height and build, had blue eyes, and light hair.[3]
On 21 January 1920, Fay F. and Florence Morgan and their children Jack and Richard, Fay's brother in law James Johnson, James's wife Francis, and their son Harvey F. Johnson lived on Page Street in San Francisco, San Francisco County, California. Fay worked as a railroad clerk.[4]
Fay F. Morgan filed for divorce against Florence H. Morgan in December 1929. He claimed she had deserted him.[5][6]
Fay was married second to Anna Bradford.
On 3 April 1940, Fay F. and Anna B. Morgan lived at 3996 Hepburn in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California. They owned their home valued at $8,300. Fay was the traffic manager for a wholesale furniture company and Anna was a comptometer operator for a wholesale rubber company.[7]
Fay registered for the World War II draft in 1942. He and his wife Anna lived at 3896 Hepburn Avenue in Los Angeles, California. He was 5 ft 8 1/2 inches tall, weighed 170 pounds, had blue eyes, brown hair, a light complexion, and a scar on his right arm.[8]
Fay served as a Major in the United States military between 14 April 1943 and 23 June 1945.[9]
On 1 May 1950, Fay F. and Anna B. Morgan lived at 1820 1/2 Bentley Street in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California. Fay worked as a traffic manager for a furniture association.[10]
He was buried in Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California.[12][13]
