Biography

Nathan Morgan was a son of Solomon Morgan and Mary Walworth. His birth date is as yet uncertain; whereas Wheeler published the date as 2 Jan 1752 ^[1], an online website ^[2], which is unsourced, presents the year as 1754.

He became involved first, 8 Sep 1774 in Groton, Connecticut, with Hannah Perkins; in her grave memorial posting ^[3], she is described as 'consort' to Nathan Morgan. Their children included:

1. Hannah (Morgan) Avery (1775-1804); married 8 Nov 1792 Dudley Avery
2. Nancy Morgan (1780-1786)

After Hannah Perkins died (23 Oct 1787), Nathan Morgan married 27 Nov 1788, Sabra Capron. Their children may have included the following, although only the last one is documented with any form of reference:
