Biography
Urgel Miron was born on 7 Dec 1828 and was baptized the next day in Saint-Antoine parish in Lavaltrie, Berthier, Bas-Canada. He was the son of Ambroise Migneron, farmer, and Euphrosine Grinier of this parish.
At age 20 Urgel married Justine Thouin on 20 Sep 1849 in Saint-Patrice parish in Rawdon, Montcalm, Bas-Canada. There were three known children born into this marriage.
Urgel Miron died at age 70 on 7 Jul 1899 in Chertsey, Montcalm, Québec, Canada; he was buried three days later on 10 Jul in Saint-Théodore parish cemetery in Chertsey.
