Biography

Charles was born in 1865. He was the son of John Miller and Hannah Chatfield. He grew up in Marengo, Illinois. Charles, like this older brother Arthur, never married. He had relocated to Utah by 1910 and his mother and brother soon followed. Charles died in May 1915 and was buried in the Ogden City Cemetery in Utah.
