Helene Frances Metcalfe married Herman Kobbe July 23, 1909, in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, USA.[2] They lived in New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, USA, in 1910.[3] In 1915 Mrs. Kobbe campaigned for supervisor of the Second Ward while Herman Kobbe campaigned for mayor of New Rochelle. Her campaign received national attention as her opponent Anna L. Bruel was also a woman.[4] The Kobbes lived in Nassau, Rensselaer, New York, USA, in 1930.[5]
