Biography
Wilfred E. Knickle -- Lunenburg -- funeral services for Wilfred E. Knickle, 71 were held from Sweeney's funeral home on Tuesday, Rev. John Cameron officiating. Mr. Knickle, son of the late Captain and Mrs. Adam Knickle, was a lifelong resident of Heckman's Island. He was a member of the IOOF. He is survived by his wife, the former Violet Barkhouse, and two sons, Lewis of Heckman's Island and Richard of Prince Rupert British Columbia. Burial was in Heckman's Island Cemetery.[1][2]
