Biography

Amos Kinne was born on September 3, 1708 in Preston, Connecticut^[1], son of Thomas Kinne Jr. (1678 - 1756) and Martha (Cox) Kinne (1680 - 1747).

Amos married Sarah Palmer (1711 - 1754) ^[2]Their children were:

1. Simeon Kinne (1733 - 1770)
2. Elizabeth Kinne (1735 - 1790)
3. Robert Kinne Sr. (~1738 - ~1831)
4. Anna (Kinne) Trowbridge (1739 - 1806)
5. Roger Kinney (1740 - 1806)
6. Capt Amos Kinne (1742 - 1821)
7. Nathan Kinne (1750 - 1798)
8. Freelove (Kinne) Kinney (1752 - 1830).

Amos died on September 19, 1775 in Pomfret, Windham, Province of Connecticut, aged 67.^[3]
