Charles was enumerated for the federal census on April 8, 1950. He was 9 years old at the time, and was living with parents Charles and Elvia, half-sister Jenny, and siblings Richard, Luther, Dorothy, and John, on Highway 21 South in Union Township, Washington County, Missouri. [2]
On December 12, 1963, Charles was married to Mildred Lawson in Hopewell, Missouri.
Charles died on January 2, 2005, in Missouri. He was buried in Furnace Creek Cemetery in Potosi, Missouri. His last known address was in Potosi. [3] [5] [4]
Charles was a veteran of the United States Army who achieved the rank of Private First Class. [5]
