Joseph Nicolas Jeannotte was born on 16 October 1873, in Nashua, Hillsborough, New Hampshire, United States, his father, David Alexander Jeannotte, was 22 and his mother, Marie Henriette Bedard, was 22. He married Marie Philomène Carrière on 27 January 1892, in St. Alphonse, Lorne, Manitoba, Canada. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 4 daughters. He lived in Macdonald, Manitoba, Canada for about 5 years and Neepawa, Manitoba, Canada in 1926. He died on 25 September 1951, in Laurier, Ste. Rose, Manitoba, Canada, at the age of 77, and was buried in Notre Dame des Victoires Roman Catholic Cemetery, Laurier, Ste. Rose, Manitoba, Canada. ^[1]
