Thomas Hutchinson (or Hutcheson, or Hutcherson, or Hutchison -- spelled variously) was born probably between 1785 and 1790[1][2][3] in Norfolk, Virginia. He married Catherine Phillips in 1809[4], and died on September 25, 1835[5], in Springfield, Illinois (based on wife's Find A Grave: Memorial #136398894), at the age of 61.
Spellings Hutcherson, Hutchinson, Hutcheson, and others are all used on documents, but Hutchinson is used in wife's Find A Grave memorial.
