Biography

Mary (Hullinger) McIntire was born on 8 Jan 1808 in Ohio, United States. She was the daughter of Daniel Hullinger and Nancy Shockey. At age 19 she married Daniel S. McIntire on 19 Mar 1827 in Champaign, Ohio. They had at least ten sons. She died at age 76 on 9 Aug 1884 in Fulton, Indiana. She is buried in the Daniel McIntire Farm Cemetery, Athens, Fulton County, Indiana, USA.

Grandma McINTIRE died at the old homestead farm, six miles east of Rochester, August 9, aged 76 years, 8 months, and 1 day. The remains of the deceased were gently laid away in the family graveyard on the farm in the presence of many relations and friends last Sunday.[1]
