Valentine was born in Virginia in 1793, the son of Daniel Hullinger and Nancy Ann Shockey. He married Elizabeth Maggart in Ohio in 1818.[1] Valentine passed away in Ohio in 1855 and is buried in Tremont City, Ohio.[2]
