Biography

Mary, daughter of Joseph and Anne (Jennings) Holway, was born at Sandwich, MA on June 18, 1699. She married Benjamin Soule there on October 25, 1721. She was living on October 20, 1733 when she and Benjamin sold property and they were of Dartmouth. No further record has been found so she may have died before they left for North Carolina or she may have died there. Benjamin and Mary had six children, four of which reached adulthood.
