Some rootsweb trees give wife as Rachel perhaps nee West [4]
numerous other trees simply list her as Rachel LNAB Unknown.
[5][6]
The rumored West surname for his wife is possibly a confusion with their daughter Rachel wife of Thomas West. His will was witnessed by a William West, relation unknown.
An Ancestry tree has his wife as Rachel Hearing (1734–1799), daughter of
Jan Cozyns Haring (1693–1771) and Aeltje VanDalsen (1695–1744). Her profile on Wikitree has no spouse: Rachel Haring (1734-1788)
