Biography
George Heisler was born to Valentine and Catherine Heisler on May 12, 1787 at Lunenburg, NS. George married Catherine Elizabeth Heckman on Nov 9, 1817 at Lunenburg.[1] They have the following children in the parish register;

- Henrietta Elizabeth - 1827-10-08

Mary Hisler (46) is a widow on the 1871 census with a large family; Benjamin (22), Elizabeth (16), Thomas (12), Alice (10), Martha (9), Rachel (5), Hannah (2) and also two widows Elizabeth Hisler (77) probably a mother in law and Hannah Morash (64). [2]
