Biography
Herman Hassler was an immigrant pioneer who participated in the westward expansion of the United States. Join the Immigrant Pioneers Project.
Herman Hassler has German Roots.
Charles was born in July 1871 in Baden, Germany. In 1879, the Hassler family immigrated to the US aboard the ship S.S. Zeeland, departing from the port in Antwerp, and arriving in New York City. The Hasslers originally settled in Dakota County, Minnesota.
